Bahan Membuat Spicy Chicken Wings

  1. 6-7 sayap ayam.
  2. 2 sdm minyak goreng.
  3. Bumbu rendaman.
  4. 1,5 sdm saus tiram.
  5. 1,5 sdm saus sambal (aku pake jap jempol).
  6. 2 sdm madu.
  7. 1 sdm saus barbeque.
  8. 1 sdm kecap manis.
  9. 3 butir bawang putih halus.
  10. 1 sdt kaldu jamur.
  11. 1/2 sdt merica.
  12. sedikit Kalo kurang asin tambahin aja garam.

Langkah Memasak Spicy Chicken Wings

  1. Potong sayap jd 3 bagian, buang ujung sayap, cuci bersih.
  2. Marinasi sayap dng bumbu rendaman. Aduk rata.
  3. Diamkan di suhu ruang minimal 2-3 jam atau minimal 8 jam d lemari es agar bumbu meresap sempurna.
  4. Setelah di marinasi tambahkan minyak goreng aduk rata.
  5. Siapkan wire baking rack dan alasnya (pake alumunium foil aja) lalu letakan sayap ayam d atasnya.
  6. Panggang d oven suhu 220 selama 10 menit.
  7. Lalu oleskan saus rendaman dan panggang kembali di suhu 180 derajat selama 10 menit.
  8. Jika ayam sudah berwarna coklat keemasan angkat dan sajikan :).
