Bahan Membuat Kimchi ramyoen 🍲

  1. 1 bungkus shin ramyun/mie ramen/mie kimchi.
  2. 100 g daging sapi iris tipis.
  3. secukupnya kimchi.
  4. 5 sdm kuah kimchi.
  5. 1 buah wortel potong korek api.
  6. secukupnya jamur kuping potong2.
  7. 1 genggam tauge.
  8. secukupnya bubuk cabe.
  9. 1 tangkai daun bawang potong2.
  10. 550 ml air.

Langkah Memasak Kimchi ramyoen 🍲

  1. Rebus terlebih dahulu wortel,tauge,jamur kuping secara terpisah,sisihkan.
  2. Didihkan air di panci,masukan daging sapi rebus hingga empuk,masukan shin ramyun,masukan jg bumbu mie,kuah kimchi dan bubuk cabe,aduk rata dan masak hingga mie 1/2 matang,masukan kimchi aduk rata.
  3. Terakhir masukan daun bawang dan sayuran yg sdh di rebus td,aduk rata, lalu matikan api,sajikan 😊.
  4. Note: jika pake telur,bs lgsg di ceplokin di atas mie tanpa di aduk dan tgu hingga telur matang.
