Bahan Membuat RABOKKI (Ramen Tteokpokki)

  1. 1 bungkus mie instan pedas (saya: gekikara).
  2. 4 butir telur rebus, kupas.
  3. 250 gr tteok / rice cake.
  4. 500 ml air.
  5. 40-50 gr gochujang.
  6. 20 gr gochugaru / cabe bubuk.
  7. 2 buah daun bawang (iris).
  8. Garam.
  9. Merica.

Langkah Memasak RABOKKI (Ramen Tteokpokki)

  1. Rebus mi instan polos tanpa bumbu 1/2 matang, buang airnya dan tiriskan..
  2. Masak air, dan masukan tteok. Rebus hingga 1/2 matang.
  3. Masukan gochujang, guchu garu, 1 buah irisan daun bawang..
  4. Masukan mi instan, telur rebus, bumbu dari mi instan, garam dan merica.
  5. Masak hingga matang dan kuah mengental. Masukan sisa irisan daun bawang sebagai garnish.
  6. Sajikan selagi panas.
