  4. 2 buah fish cake (potong serong).
  5. 2 buah sosis (potong serong).
  6. 3 batang daun bawang (potong serong).
  7. 1/2 buah bombay (potong dadu).
  8. 2 siung bawang putih (cincang kasar).
  9. 600 ml air.
  10. 1 lembar kelp/rumput laut.
  11. 1 buah mie instan.
  12. Keju mozarella.
  13. Saos merah :.
  14. 2 sdm gochujang.
  15. 1 sdm gochugaru.
  16. 1 sdt dashi/kaldu ikan.
  17. 1 sdm gula pasir.
  18. 1 sdt kecap asin.

Langkah Memasak Rabokki (Ramen Tteokbokki)

  1. Rebus air, masukkan bawang putih, kelp dan bombay..
  2. Campur bahan saos jadi satu, masukkan ke dalam rebusan air..
  3. Masukkan bakso ikan, udang, fish cake, sosis, garaetteok, daun bawang..
  4. Masak sampai air menyusut, tes rasa lalu masukkan mie, masak sampai mengental dan mie matang..
  5. Tambahkan mozarella, tunggu mozarella meleleh, angkat dan sajikan..
