  1. 2 sdm fibercreme/susu bubuk.
  2. 600 ml air.
  3. 5 gram agar2 plain.
  4. 80 gram gula pasir.
  5. 30 gram maizena.
  6. 175 gram coklat batangan (dcc) dilelehkan.
  7. 1/4 sdt vanili.

Langkah Memasak Choco mousse pudding

  1. Campur susu bubuk/fibercreme dg air. Masak agar-agar, gula pasir, maizena dan masukkan susu cair sedikit2. Aduk rata spy tdk bergerindil..
  2. Setelah meletup-letup, masukkan coklat (DCC). Sesudah coklat mencair, masukkan vanili, aduk rata, angkat. Tuang ke dalam cetakan.
  3. Dinginkan. Setelah uap panas hilang, masukkan kulkas. Hias sesuai selera, sajikan.
  4. Tambahkan reremahan biskuit dan daun mint utk efek "plant".
