  2. 150 gr DCC cincang.
  3. 70 gr Gula.
  4. 20 gr Maizena.
  5. 15 gr Tepung beras.
  6. 20 gr Coklat bubuk.
  7. 1 sdm Creamer nabati / whipcream bubuk / cair jg bs.
  8. 1/2 sdt Garam.

Langkah Memasak Choco Mousse Pudding

  1. Siapkan cetakn, sisihkan.
  2. Dalam panci masukkan tepung beras, maizena, coklat bubuk, gula, creamer, aduk rata, tuang susu pelan² aduk hingga tidak ada yg menggumpal, masak dgn api sedang hingga dirasa sudah mengental dan meletup² angkat, masukkan DCC aduk rata.
