Bahan Membuat Tartar sauce

  1. 2 buah pickles (kosher dill).
  2. 1 butir telur rebus.
  3. 1/3 siung bawang putih (parut).
  4. 2 sdt bawang bombai.
  5. 4 sdm mayonnaise.
  6. 1 sdt madu.
  7. 2-3 sdm lemon.
  8. 1/2 sdt kecap inggris.
  9. Secukupnya Garam dan merica.

Langkah Memasak Tartar sauce

  1. Potong pickles, telur rebus, bawang putih dan bawang bombai secara merata (agak halus). Kemudian masukkan ke dalam wadah.
  2. Tambahkan mayonnaise, aduk sampai rata. Tambahkan kecap inggris, dan madu..
  3. Berikan merica, garam dan perasan air lemon. Aduk hingga rata dan siap di sajikan.
